About

Hello, I'm Kavya Suma Tiyyagura, and I design things that disappear. Not literally. But the best interfaces? You don't notice them. They just feel right.
I'm getting my Master's in HCI at Indiana University Indianapolis. My design education started in quality assurance, breaking apps and logging bugs that weren't really bugs. They were just hard to use. That's when it clicked: the gap between "it works" and "it feels easy" is everything.
I've worked on projects that genuinely impacted users, improving experiences in meaningful ways and helping student initiatives succeed. I'm constantly seeking opportunities to learn and evolve in this field.
My Experience
With nearly two years of experience, I've worked across diverse roles in product design, UX research, quality assurance, and brand identity. Each project has deepened my skills in user-centered design and cross-functional collaboration, helping startups secure funding and established teams streamline their workflows. Here are some key milestones and projects from my journey.
